A serious charge made

I am a little skeptical of the validity of this charge http://author.nationalreview.com/latest/?q=MjE1OA because as instapundit notes it probably would have been noticed by the press awhile back but if it is true it just might make the difference with the undecided. Plagiarism is a serious charge and one that should not be taken lightly. Therefore, if it is not true, it is just another in a long list of mistakes made by the George Allen campaign.
